NOTES: Dimensions are nominal in U.S. Customary units. Metric versions are dimensionally equivalent except for conversion in mounting details where fasteners, threads, clearance holes & counter-bores are to metric standards. To see a table of U.S. Customary to Metric fastener conversion, click here . There is no added cost for this metric modification. An air/oil mist unit is recommended for internal lubrication. Where such units are not practical, SERVICE KITS including seals and factory approved lube are available. Cylinders may also be used in low pressure hydraulic service. Wrench flats may not be necessary if cylinders can be pressurized in the retracted or extended position while tightening the rod joint. Inquiries regarding modification to BASIC CYLINDERS are always welcome.
