NOTES: Dimensions are nominal in U.S. Customary units. Metric versions are dimensionally equivalent except for conversion in mounting details where fasteners, threads, clearance holes & counter-bores are to metric standards. To see a table of U.S. Customary to Metric fastener conversion, click here . There is no added cost for this metric modification.
An air/oil mist unit is recommended for internal lubrication. Where such units are not practical, SERVICE KITS including seals and factory approved lube are available.
Cylinders may also be used in low pressure hydraulic service.
Wrench flats may not be necessary if cylinders can be pressurized in the retracted or extended position while tightening the rod joint. Inquiries regarding modification to BASIC CYLINDERS are always welcome.

 CBB - Thru clearance
holes with c'bores on the body side for 10-32 ISHCS.

 FL - This cover is larger for flange mounting. Holes are for 10-32 screws.

 

 

4)ROD ENDS:
ITW - Internal Threads with Wrench Flats
 ETW - External Threads with Wrench Flats
 SR - Slotted Rod End
 RL - Rod End with Lug

 

5)PORTS:

Default - 1/8 NPTF
1/16 NPT -USA 1/16 NPT ports. Tapered thread sealing.
1032 - USA standard 10-32 thread ports. Straight threads - flat gasket sealing.
IL - 1/8 NPTF ports may be in IN-LINE for travels from -7(.700) thru -20(2.000)
IL-1/16 NPT - 1/16 NPTF ports may be in IN-LINE for travels from -7(.700) thru -20(2.000)
IL-1032 - 1032 ports may be in IN-LINE for travels from -7(.700) thru -20(2.000)

 

 

6) O-Ring Option:

Default (Buna "N" O-rings, -40ºF. To +250ºF.)
V - Viton "O"rings (-15ºF. To +400º F.)
