NOTES: Dimensions are nominal in U.S. Customary units. Metric versions are dimensionally equivalent except for conversion in mounting details where fasteners, threads, clearance holes & counter-bores are to metric standards. To see a table of U.S. Customary to Metric fastener conversion please click here . There is no added cost for this metric modification. Angular relationship between ports 1 & 2 may be adjusted in increments of "G" degrees by removing cover bolts from one side, indexing the cover to a new location and re-torque to values shown in column "H".

NOTE: Many Design Engineers prefer cylinders with "O" Rings. "O" Rings are excellent seals except for "weeping". "Weeping" is trace migration of fluid past the seal which eventually forms a drop. This condition is normal for compression type seals and may not be a problem since cylinders operate properly and produce full thrust. However, applications near food stuff, medical equipment and other sensitive locations should be avoided. Further, for cosmetic and environmental reasons avoid using the "O" Ring version in industrial applications for long travels & high cycling rates.
